Direct-contact dry powder service
Vitamin premix, protein powder, and infant-formula intermediates are abrasive dry solids that benefit from air-purged contact seals. Lip seals fail; air-purged contact designs hold.

Allergen and cross-contamination control
Multi-product nutraceutical lines run dairy, soy, peanut, tree-nut, and gluten in shared equipment. Crevice-free seal geometry is mandatory for clean changeover.

USP and pharma-adjacent documentation
Many premium supplement brands now require USP Class VI elastomer documentation even for non-pharma products. The 7800-USP variant supplies this.

EU Reg 1935/2004, Japan PIPA, China GB 4806 — each has its own food-contact certification regime. We supply the appropriate compliance letter on request for any market.
