SPLIT

Bucket-elevator head shafts and en-masse conveyor drives sit between two heavy bearings, often welded or shrunk in place. A standard rotary seal can't be installed without disassembling the drive. The Split Seal solves that. The housing splits along the shaft centerline; you bolt it around an in-place shaft and run. We've installed these in three hours on equipment that would take a week to dismantle.
